MY STORY

I've always been "average" for my height (5 feet 0).  I really never had to watch what I ate... especially in my twenties!  Then I had 2 amazing boys and my body and age (now 35) aren't like what they were a few years ago!

This year for a solid 6 months I was good.  Ate really well; recorded every calorie and worked out 4-5 days a week.  After this 6 months I became so frustrated that I didn't lose hardly any weight and wasn't as energized as all those doctors say I should be!  I thought "this is how it's going to be for me".  My body has caught up with my age; metabolism is low and now I'm going to be a chubby mom!  I did not want this for myself!
